DAY 1

Tsimane’s local host will pick up the group in the morning (time to be confirmed the night before) to head to the local airport.
The group will then board the charter flight to the Asunta Indian Community (90 minute flight).
It is strongly recommended to be aware about the weight of the luggage, which must not exceed 25 kg.
TThe manager and the guides will welcome the group upon landing, and transfer everyone to the Sécure Lodge.
This transfer is a boat ride (10 minutes).
Each day anglers pair up to fish one of the beats and by the end of the day (5:30 PM) head back to the Lodge.
DAY 2 - 7
Each day anglers pair up to fish one of the beats in the Pluma area and by the end of the day head back to Pluma Lodge. There is the possibility to fish the upper Pluma and Itirizama river headwaters camps for one night during the fishing week. Groups are welcome to switch so that everyone has an opportunity to experience the headwaters camps.
We recommend the upper Pluma/Itirizama camps only for physically fit anglers. All of the fishing is done walking and wading upstream, and long hikes are necessary to reach the upper camp areas by the end of the day. There are also advanced second camps in both Pluma and Itirizama, which allow the more adventurous anglers to extend their stay on the headwaters of these unique virgin mountain rivers.
We have two dugout canoes, berthed at the lower sécure area, each one with spacious casting areas and outboard motors. They will be located at the lodge and allow anglers to reach the lower Sécure river area which is one of the most productive Tsimane spots. This lower part of Sécure river is a magnificent big dorado fishery with log structures, runs and side channels.
DAY 8
In the morning, guests will pack up and be transferred back to the Asunta Indian Community where you will meet your charter flight back to Santa Cruz local airport.
There you will be met by a member of the Tsimane staff who will take you to the hotel to overnight (in a double room, included in package).
DAY 9
You will be picked up from your hotel by a member of our personnel and be transferred to Viru Viru international airport for your flight home.
